An Act relative to Fire Training.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.Section 165 of chapter 6 as so appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 3 after the word “personnel” the following words:- or students receiving pre-employment fire service instruction at a state university, college, community college, regional vocational school or other educational institution
Section 2.Subsection (1) of section 165 of chapter 6 as so appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 7 inserting after the word “personnel” the following words:- or students receiving pre-employment fire service instruction at a state university, college, community college
