Rodrigues and another (with the approval of the mayor and city council) that the city of Fall River be authorized to take control of a portion of Davol street in said city.  Transportation.  [Local Approval Received.]

An Act relative to Davol Street, City of Fall River.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the City of Fall River be able to govern and take control over that part of the Northbound lane of Davol Street, also known as Frontage Road, beginning at President Avenue and running northerly to a point 100 feet beyond the north line of Brightman Street at Davol Street, with an easterly line being the easterly property of the existing highway and the westerly line being a distance of 15 feet to the west of the existing west pavement line of Davol Street.
