An Act designating a certain building in the city of Holyoke as the Raymond P. Murphy Jr. Congregate House.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Chapter 667-3 Congregate housing, that is located at 43 Lower Westfield Road in the City of Holyoke shall be named after Raymond P. Murphy Jr., former Executive Director, in honor of his dedicated years of service to the Holyoke Housing Authority.
