An Act relative to the approval of funding at town meeting.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of North Andover shall approve funding, by separate vote, at town meeting of each collective bargaining agreement entered into by the board of selectmen and the school committee.
