The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
 

 

An Act amending the charter of the town of Winchendon.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                            SECTION 1. The charter of the town pf Winchendon, as set forth in section 1 of chapter 453 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking out in the second sentence of section 3-2(c) of said charter the following, "Board of Health".

                            SECTION 2: This act shall take effect upon its passage.
