In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act designating a certain portion of land in the town of Salisbury as the Reverend Thomas B. Morgan square.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.              A certain portion of land at the intersection of Route 1A (Beach Road) and Ferry Road in the town of Salisbury shall be designated and known as Reverend Thomas B. Morgan Square, in recognition of his dedicated service presiding over the Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church for 34 years. The department of transportation and highway division shall erect suitable markers bearing said designation in compliance with any applicable state or federal standards.

              SECTION 2.              This act shall take effect upon its passage.
