An Act relative to adding the town of Harvard to the Devens Economic Target Area.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.   Section 18 of chapter 498 of the acts of 1993, as amended by section 1 of chapter 371 of the acts of 2008, is hereby further amended by inserting, after the word “ Pepperell” in the third and fourth sentences, the following word:-  , Harvard .
