An Act to clarify terms of collective bargaining agreements.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Chapter 150E§ 7 (a) is hereby amended to add the following at the end of the first sentence “…provided that a provision in the agreement setting forth that its terms remain in effect beyond three years while the parties negotiate a successor agreement is valid and enforceable.”.
