Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 4 81 Section 1 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby by amended in line 3 by striking out the words “town of Harvard”, and inserting in place thereof the following: “towns of Harvard and Ayer” SECTION 2 – Chapter 4 81 Section 1 of the Acts of 2006 is further amended in line 2 by striking out the words: “Section 255” and inserting in place thereof the following: - Section 3112 |
