An Act Regarding the Selectman-Town Administrator Form of Government.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Chapter 26 of the Acts of 1981, as most recently amended by Chapter 444 of the Acts of 1998, is hereby further amended, in paragraph (c) of section 10, by striking the words “shall be updated biennially”.
