An Act relative to credit card fees.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.   Section 12H of chapter 255 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “account” in lines 28 and 29 the following words:- which shall not exceed 18.9 per cent.
