An Act relative to a betterment assessment in the town of Sturbridge.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding section 5 of chapter 80 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Sturbridge may abate a sewer betterment assessment on parcel 104 Cricket Drive in the town, notwithstanding the expiration of the 6 month appeal period in said section 5 of said chapter 80.
