An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Angela N. Wilson, an employee of the department of youth services.
Whereas

The
deferred operation for this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish
forthwith
a sick leave ban
k
for a certain employee of the department of youth services, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of youth services shall establish a sick leave bank for Angela N. Wilson, an employee of the department of youth services. Any employee of the department of youth services may voluntarily contribute 1 or more of his sick , personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Angela N. Wilson . Upon such time as Angela N. Wilson terminates employment with the department of youth services or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank , the balance of sick leave shall be transferred to the department of youth services paid leave bank . Sick leave bank days shall not be used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that necessitated the establishment of the sick leave bank as determined by the department of youth services.
