An Act Authorizing The Town of Winchester to Issue Four Additional Licenses for the Sale of Wines and Malt Beverages to be Drunk on the Premises.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 11 and 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, the Town of Winchester may grant four additional licenses for restaurants with seating capacities of 24 or more for the sale of wines and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises, for a total of nine such licenses. Such licenses shall be subject to all the provisions of said Chapter 138, except said sections of 11 and 17. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
