An Act Relative to Land in the Town of Plymouth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary , the town of Plymouth, acting by and through its boards of selectmen may convey a certain parcel of land, which is a portion of land acquired by the town for open space and conservation purposes to Diane Millman Trask , trustee fo the Diane Millman Trask Revocable Trust. Said parcel is shown as “ Parcel A ” on plan entitled “ Plan of land in Plymouth, Massachusetts Showing Parcel A to be Conveyed to Diane Millman Trask Revocable Trust by Town of Plymouth Conversation Commission ” Scale: 1 ” =40 ’ dated August 5, 2008 made by Flaherty & Stefani Inc. containing 8777 sq. ft. more or less. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
