An Act Relative to Town Meeting in the Town of Framingham.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.    Section 6 of chapter 143 of the acts of 1949 is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence :-    The board of selectmen shall notify the town meeting members of the time and place at which town meetings are to be held, the notices to be sent out at least 14 days before the meeting.
