An Act TO DESIGNATE A CERTAIN TRAFFIC CIRCLE IN THE CITY OF LOWELL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or any rule or regulation to the contrary, the traffic circle located on Industrial avenue, near the intersection of Reiss avenue, in the city of Lowell, shall be designated and known as the Mickey Ward rotary. The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department and any existing historic or preservation guidelines or statutes. |
