An Act Amending the Requirements Regarding the Method of Determination of the Allocation of the Number of Town Meeting Members Among Precincts in the Town of Shrewsbury.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assemble
d, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of G.L. c.43A
§
4 or any other general or special law to the contrary, the provisions of Chapter 553 of the Acts of 1953 are hereby amended as follows:
By striking out the following words appearing in Section 7 of said Chapter 553:
“
the number of which shall be the largest number divisible by three.
”
Section 2. This Act shall be effective upon its passage.
