An Act Designating A Certain Overpass in the City of Haverhill As the Captain Richard J. Cashin Overpass .


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              The Ward Hill Connector overpass above Rte. 495, Exit #48 in Haverhill shall be designated and known as the Captain Richard J. Cashin memorial overpass.  The department of highways shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
