The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to include the legislature in the open meeting law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 23A of chapter 39 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “region or town” in line 11, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- region, town or the general court. |
