An Act relative to performance guarantees for costs of snow removal on certain roadways.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 81-U of Chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after the word "work" in line 124 the following:- ", including the expected cost of snow removal from the subdivision way or ways during the default period prior to completion of the construction of said way or ways." |
