An Act increasing the penalties violating speed limits in school zones..
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. "Section 1:" Section 17 of Chapter 90 in the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after the words, "or construction area" the following:- "or school zones"
