An Act relative to appealing the assessed value of real property.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 12A of chapter 58A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is herby amended by striking out the word "two", in line 3, and inserting in place thereof the following word:- three.
