An Act relative to funding dental services provided by a community health center located in a primary service area of cape cod hospital..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any General or Special law to the contrary, an expenditure shall be made from the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, MassHealth Office, and the Division of Health Care Finance and Policy to a Community Health Center that is a satellite of a federally qualified health center and located in the primary service area of a sole community hospital which is a disproportionate share hospital as defined by 114.1 CMR 36.04 and M.G.L. 118G §1, located in the town of Barnstable in the amount of the full unreimbursed cost of dental services provided by such community health center to MassHealth members and low income uninsured individuals.
