The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to allow municipalities to invest in credit unions .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 55 of Chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the phrase "Federal Credit Unions" in line 25. |
