The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act authorizing and directing the Division of Waterways to dredge the harbor area surrounding the Squantum Yacht Club and Wollaston Yacht Club in Quincy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The director of the division of waterways in the department of environmental quality engineering shall dredge the harbor area surrounding Squantum and Wollaston Yacht Clubs in the Wollaston Beach area of the city of Quincy. Subject to appropriation, a sum not to exceed $495,000 shall be expended for the dredging. |
