An Act relative to public safety at the Furnace Brook Parkway in the city of Quincy.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Department of Transportation is directed to evaluate proper public safety improvements, signage, lighting, landscaping, and utility maintenance at the Furnace Brook Parkway Rotary Intersection in the City of Quincy.
Section 2. Determine the proper jurisdictional responsibility and set a maintenance/safety improvement plan within 60 days.
