An Act relevant to resident property tax exemption.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Section 5c of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended to insert after the word “purposes” in the first sentence the words:-

              , and for any secondary residence of a tax payer who resides in the Commonwealth and is not used as a rental property for more than two weeks in a calendar year.
