An Act Relative to Creating Affordable Housing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 40B of the general laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 20 the following section:- Section 20A. Any proposal to build low or moderate income housing pursuant to sections 20 to 23, inclusive, shall contain no less than 40 per cent of its total housing units as units affordable to low or moderate income households. |
