An Act relative to unemployment insurance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 13 of Chapter 151A if the General Laws is hereby amended in the first paragraph by inserting after the words “commissioner may prescribe,” the following: “provided that employers whose contribution totals less than $500 per year shall be required to report annually rather than quarterly,” |
