The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to resolution of disputes for condominium or homeowners associations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 of Chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following subsection :-
(f) The procedure for resolving disputes arising from the administration of the condominium.
SECTION 2. Section 12 of Chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (b).
