An Act relative to the Geriatric Authority of Milford.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of chapter 76 of the acts of l982 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-  The Authority may do business under the name of Countryside Health Care of Milford, if deemed appropriate by said Authority , upon the filing of a certificate with the town clerk of the town of Milford consistent with section 5 of chapter 110 of the General Laws.

              SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
