The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to parental responsibility in bullying.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 231 section 85G is hereby amended by adding the following after “one hundred and twenty-six B of chapter two hundred and sixty-six”: “or any damages resulting from acts of bullying or cyber bullying as set forth in section thirty-seven O of chapter seventy-one.” |
