An Act to maintain the integrity of police investigations..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 143, after the word “privacy” the following:-
“including material related to the investigation of the conduct of police officers which could result in disciplinary action.”
