An Act further regulating employee benefits .
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Chapter 32 , Section 100A (C)  is hereby amended  by inserting after  the  words "public prosecutor" the following " , any MassDot Employee" 

              This will take effect retroactive to September 14, 2010.
