Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by adding in line 45 after the word “budget” the following: for out of district students and 3 times the state average per pupil foundation budget for in district students |
