The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relating to the auto insurance high risk pool.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 113H(B) of Chapter 175 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 237 of the Acts of 2010, is hereby further amended by adding the following at the end of the first paragraph therein:-
No employee and no member of the governing committee of the plan shall serve beyond his or her seventieth birthday.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on passage.
