An Act relative to the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System tests..
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 69 of the General Laws or any general or specific law to the contrary, achieving the Massachusetts comprehensive system tests competency determination for the tenth grade shall not be a condition of graduation for any student enrolled in a special education program.
