An Act relative to the Department of Environmental Management duties.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Ms. Spiliotis of Peabody, hereby amends section 1 of Chapter 21 of Mass General Laws as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, by inserting after the word:- “development” the words:- “reclamation of land after surface mining has concluded operations” |
