An Act relative to the groundwater survey program .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 9b of Chapter 21 of the General laws as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 2 after the clause, ending with the word:- “ institutions” the following clause, ”areas in which a final survey would evaluate impacts of mining operations or serve to make hydro-geological recommendations for surface mining closure plans and post mining land use”. |
