The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the retirement rights of heavy equipment operators.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended to include all municipal heavy equipment operators in Group 2 of the retirement system. |
