An Act relative to noisome trades.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 143 of Chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding to the end, the following words:-“ and to excavation, processing, and processing for re-use of earth products for construction purposes located on the same property”.
