An Act relative to the issuance of public health warnings..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, when issuing public health warnings about the potential dangers to humans associated with the West Nile Virus, the commissioner of the department of public health shall include any and all known risks to pregnant women in such public health warning. |
