The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act proving for financial disclosure by municipal officers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 268B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “state” in line 48 the word:- municipal.
SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 268B, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “primary or chosen at a state” in line 122 and inserting in place thereof the following words:- or municipal primary or chose at a state or municipal.
