Event Description
In conjunction with the Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture, the Joint Committee on Public Health, and the Joint Committee on Public Safety, the Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy conducts an oversight hearing on Nuclear Disaster Preparedness. Testimony is provided by invited public officials and experts including Senate President Therese Murray, Attorney General Martha Coakley, Secretary of Public Safety Mary Elizabeth Heffernan, Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs Richard K. Sullivan, and representatives of ISO New England, Entergy Corporation, NextEra Energy Resources, and Yankee Atomic Electric Company.

VoiceOver users: Use the Enable Player VoiceOver Access button to make the toolbar button text display and then use the Focus Toolbar button to jump into the toolbar. (VoiceOver with Safari 3, only. Safari 4 beta does not work with toolbar. Disable VoiceOver and use keyboard shortcuts.)
