General Laws

  Section 1. The following terms, as used in this chapter, shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the following meanings:--

  "Secretary'', the head of an executive office established under section two.

  "State agency'', any department, office, commission, committee, council, board, division, bureau, institution, officer or other agency within the executive department.

  "State agency'', as defined in section 1 of chapter 29.
