  Section 38M. The board shall submit an annual report to the division of capital asset management and maintenance listing all finalists selected by the board and all awards made pursuant to the provisions of sections thirty-eight A1/2 to thirty-eight O, inclusive, a summary of the activities and other actions of the board and its staff, and such other items as the board deems appropriate.
