Section 69H. The charges for the support of persons receiving care in said hospitals shall be at the rate determined by the division of health care finance and policy.

Section 69H. The charges for the support of persons receiving care in said hospitals shall be at the rate determined by the executive office of health and human services or a governmental unit designated by the executive office.
