  • Section 60 Noncompliance with sections relative to purchase of articles

Section 60. Any officer who wilfully refuses or neglects to comply with the provisions of this chapter relative to the purchase of articles and materials from the prisons shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.
