Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 43 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 757 of the acts of 1977, is hereby further amended by striking out the fifth sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Five members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
